I suppose you could call me a bit of a spiritual hunter and gatherer. When I started out in my 20ies I was a Wiccan practitioner, I then became a Reiki Master and Teacher. Reiki is a wonderful introduction into spiritual ‘stuff’ and for anyone interested in energy work – its simple and safe. The next step for me was to become a Shamanic practitioner in a mix of a Huna/Western/Celtic/Viking tradition. Having grown up in Germany, that is where my roots are, connected to Scandinavian and Slavic traditions. For close on twenty years now I have lived in Ireland, so my work has changed. The spirits made it clear that I had to start over and become a practitioner of their ways as well as practicing what I had learned before.

And somewhere along the way I also discovered the Goddess path. And all the while I have been sharing my knowledge in books, public rituals and workshops on all things shamanic, ritual and Goddess for what feels like forever.
